NUCLR WINTR PATROL XDDDD
Patrolling the town that needs your help almost makes you wish for an arrow in the knee. I'll mark it on your map.
Joining the ncr tomorrow ama
Woah there, easy now easy. You've been out a couple of days now.
Unironically love the nuclear winter mode in 76. It makes a fun base for a battle royal.
how's the aids treating you
I AM FUCKING RETARDED (AND GAY)
Degenerate!
I want you to cause yourself physical harm
WHAHAHHEYEYEHEYEH there's the high roller
Yo guys, there's some great salvage over near the old Nellis air base. Go out and scavenge before everyone else gets the good stuff!
Vale
Bout to play it for the first time in ages, want to make a good ol' cowboy but also do the Legion quest for the first time. Any idea on how to incorporate this well enough?
>we'll never get a New Vegas that fully realizes the art
>geometric smudges with few definitive details
how could they take this from us
I downloaded TTW and it only served to remind me that FO3 is incredibly dull. I ended up only doing The Pitt and Anchorage as well as finish Broken Steel and then proceeded to fuck off to the Mojave with Dogmeat, my weathered 10mm, and reinforced combat armor with nothing else to my characters name leaving all of my shit and DC behind forever.
looks like one of those AI based paintings
Do you like the sight of your own blood
No Point Lookout ? But yeah, fucking hell Fallout 3 is straight up a bad game.
I considered it but the FO3 part was already hard enough since I'm using a mod that limits my exp gain by a little over half unless it's a story quest, so I was really only getting a level up every few hours
Also I might go back and do it, but the idea of going back to do more FO3 content doesn't sound appealing, I wasn't a big fan of Point Lookout when it came out, I doubt I'd like it now.
If you've done it once already there's no point in doing it since Bethesda's idea of an RPG is making a quest with absolutely no changes regarding who you sided with. Maybe the loot and that acid trip quest, but not worth the 5 hours tb(h)
Yeah, part of the reason I didn't do many if any sidequests in DC was due to how much I was paying attention to the writing, and how bad it was.
>I was paying attention to the writing, and how bad it was.
as compared to NV?
Yeah, The Pitt was pretty much the only exception and I kept thinking the entire time I was there, "why wasn't this the location of the game?" Imagine how much better Fallout 3 would have been if the main story was just The Pitts but more fleshed out? That was a setting and story that could have been built up and actually played out in a way that was way more interesting. Ashur was already a better character than any of the ones in the main quest.
>look at map of nevada
>goodsprings, primm, nellis airbase, red rock canyon, nelson, etc all really exist irl
Judging by all of FO3s cut content, it seems like they wanted a good game but consoles couldn't do it. The PS3 was abysmal with FO3.
>The Pitt DLC
it's fucking bullshit
Don't worry we'll go back after they release this
Not only that, but it would've made Fallout 3's story truly unique, rather than just being a rehash of the first two games. A bunch of super mutants are kidnapping humans to dip into vats to make more mutants? The Enclave wants to release a bioweapon that will eradicate anyone who wasn't born in a vault or an Enclave bunker? Gee, where have I seen these two plotlines before?
>Gee, where have I seen these two plotlines before?
BGS didn't want to alienate the core fan base.
who are you joining
STAY AWAY FROM QUARRY JUNCTION
you feel a bit woozy
i haven't seen them in a long time
You're just pissed off Fallout 76 managed to tell a better story through just holotapes then any other game in the series.
Fallout 76 managed to tell a wonderful story, about what happens when you trust a company that has been skating by on community support suddenly decides to go online with no mod support
Can't wait to see Starfield crash and burn
Nah that's the first place you should go
