Can you honestly tell me you think Genesis is a good character and that Crisis Core brings ANYTHING of value to the story of FFVII? It's just garbage and has about ten characters literally flying around with one wing.

What's fundamentally wrong with Genesis? Or contextualizing Zack, the guy that Cloud wanted to be and thought he was?

I asked you if you thought Genesis is a good character. Do you? And what does Crisis Core actually bring to the story? What context does Crisis Core provide? FFVII already provided the scenes with Zack that mattered. All Crisis Core does is say "by the way, Zack also fought some gods and there were Weapons before the events of VII" which we both know is dumb as hell.

And Zack needed the additional context of the story, he was a complete non-character in original FF7 bro. It made the whole twist with Cloud feel weak and pointless.
