Avoid summon water and maybe summon wind
Use summon bolt then summon copy to resummon bolt. This gives you two ether buffs to deal more damage afterwards
Use summon earth and then use elemental discharge to actually cast it. This one deals massive DoT which stacks with the ether buffs you still have from bolt.
Use summon ice and elemental dicharge it to deal even more DoT
Summon flare or bolt and cast it
Use bolt or flare and dicharge it for more damage
Use mind blast when it's ready
Get both spear break and starlight kick to get a free topple while your summons are on CD
