I can see Xbox leaving. Their Xbox division has been a complete failure in general. Their best Xbox was the first one. After that they stopped trying and by now they just don't care to compete. It's like Microsoft has a Must Lose Money fetish so they stay in the game, but they don't even try to do anything.

I hope they leave and go bankrupt. I know it's not likely on the latter, but even a global corporation eventually doesn't like losing money just because it's some stupid fetish of a CEO.

I think amazon or google will try really hard to get into the console market. I can see one of them taking the place of microsoft and xbox.
