I'm at 30h logged, plus probably 5 hours I spent playing it on a pirated version that I liked so much I went and bought the game.
I'm like 70% done with the playthrough. You can beat it in a shorter time if you cheat by reading wikis and shit.

The game is 20-30 hours for what I would consider a "full" run (visiting every area for some time, main goals completed, some achievements)

A surprising amount, when you beat the game for the first time you unlock a harder challenge mode, and the game has many different paths you can take to get to the same goals.
