there sure are a lot of FF9 discussions on Zig Forums lately/all the time.
It's fun and pretty well paced overall, a shame that combat load times were so bad and battle pacing is bleh. And that some character's didn't get fleshed out stories and resolutions.
Locking so much content behind the Chocobo mini game was also kinda dumb.
Quina is the best character in any FF game.
I got a very different opinion than most when it comes to Final Fantasy. I enjoyed the series up until 7(which I found was overrated). 8 sucks ass, 9 was pretty decent, and 10 was absolute shit. I have no interested in even trying another FF, but 9 was probably more memorable to me than even 7. I think I just liked the characters more.
