However both of them are shitty for similar reasons. DQ11 "Definitive Edition" content should absolutely come to PC and PS4, not be stuck on Switch exclusivity. The fact that it wasn't concurrent with Switch launch or even before, was fucking asinine.

P5R is stupid for being exclusively on PS4. It should be released on PC as well at very least (no problem with Switch, or XBOne etc). Thats the big issue. Also, Atlus needs to stop this bullshit of making "Game" and then "Game, the Good Version WIth More Content" completely separate.

The definitive edition on Switch isn't missing anything. However, all OTHER versions of the game - PC and PS4 etc... are missing lots of stuff. because I had played through most of it hoping it was good, and then it ended up not being good

DQ11 is a good game, but idk. I feel like the best thing I can say about it is that it's a good JRPG. It doesn't really go above and beyond. P5 is easy as shit, but the visuals and soundtrack really set it apart. I say P5 is the way to go.

Persona has never been relevant.

DQ11S superbosses and postgame are miles harder than anything in P5. The final superboss is leagues above anything in the entire Persona franchise (hurrr Elizabeth, she's just a gimmick boss).

Even the standard final boss of the normal ending, without even taking into account Calasmos is harder than anything in P5. Is DQ hard? No. But P5 and especially P5R are much, much easier.

Lots and lots of people say the same thing. Whats even worse is that it isn't even a timed exclusivity thing where SE came out and said "Okay, 6 months after switch launch, all of you get it". Still shitty, but i've been paying attention to the Steam forums for DQ11 and literally since the RUMOR of the Definitive Edition / Switch content, people have been saying the same thing - I wont buy because I don't want to pay for a crippled version.

All they had to do to make money is announce that yes, it will be coming to all platforms. Hell, I usualyl don't have much sympathy for consoles, but PS4 players also got shit on in this mess with an inferior game version. NOBODY should have an inferior game version by content or thanks to contract bullshit. Its time to put an end to any sort of contract exclusivity

Well, that's personal taste I guess. I think Colours Flying High, Rivers In The Desert, Life Will Change, and The Stars And Us are better than what XBC2 has. But I do think XBC2 has a very strong soundtrack, I listen to it fairly frequently. Roaming the Wastes, You Will Remember Our Names, and One Last You are all pretty top tier.

I played KH2FM on Critical and I didn't see anything special. You just needed to hang back until you got an opening and relied a bit more on magic compared to normal/proud.
