What happens if you plug a nintendo switch into one of these?
What happens if you plug a nintendo switch into one of these?
mustard gas
black borders
>he fell for the curved monitor meme
lol retard
>Firewatch
Don't do it user, I'm warning you.
Gonna do it.
Depends on the settings of the Switch. It'll either be a 16:9 image in the center with extra thick black bars on each side, or look stretched as fuck and be unplayable.
DONT DO IT user
That's what I expected.
STAND DOWN
Why not?
you've wasted a lot of money
I want an ultrawide monitor but I like playing at max settings and I know my RX 590 can't handle that at 1440p and extra resolution.
Also own a Hackintosh so I can't just switch to Nvidia even if I had the money.
Living is suffering
dude you probably can't even read the windows clock if you're sitting too to the left
There's literally no point in getting an ultrawide monitor.
I work on Final Cut and Logic though, I could use the extra screen space.
>t. Guy who can't afford one
It makes a world of difference in gaming and productivity
I'd thought it'd at least fill the screen enough so it'd touch the top and bottom.
Fucking why
In all seriousness though, black borders with a centered 1080p output
How exactly?
then just use two or more regular screens
For a consumer yeah kinda. I could see some uses for it if you're a professional.
I recently take the dual-monitorpill and the extra screen is mighty convenient.
It will be centered and have huge black borders on each side.
I do and I don't like it
you're not gonna like going ultra wide either
Extra horizontal real estate + no bezel
Nigga it's better than always looking to the left or the right, my neck hurts fuck dual monitors
Honestly though, 2 or 3 screens is generally much more useful than one screen that is as wide as 3 even if you have proper snapping setup, the 3 screens are easier to manage.
I can have two apps open next to each other, albeit with thinner windows than double monitor. But unlike double monitor, I can play games and have them take full advantage of my entire screen space.
swiiiiiiiiiiiiiitch
Depends on your setup I would say. In my situation a single ultrawide made sense due to space and weight capacity for my desk. If you have the room for it 32:9 is godly
I used to use that wallpaper before I ever knew what that game was. It's aesthetic.
you can arrange dual monitors in a way it's more comfortable for your head, also they kinda act independently like playing your switch on one screen and browsing your pc on the other one without weird snapping shit
>not having one screen centered and one screen off to the side
What are you doing? Are you putting the bezel in the center of your vision?
Plug a nintendo into a computer? Uh reddit is that —> way
>Are you putting the bezel in the center of your vision?
He's a retard that paid a premium to fix a non-issue, what do you think?
only if it's 1080 up and down
