Because I played P5 to platinum and I don't think I needed to pay 60 bucks to play for mostly the same game

I already played vanilla, and I'm not paying $60 for what should've been $20 DLC

Because I didn't really like the original all that much. It was very close to being good, but it missed in a few critical ways.

i usually buy a console at the end of its lifespan, to let its library of games build up, ps3 ps4 had no gaems in its first years and it will probably be the same for ps5 too

does the ps3 emulator work?, can it run this thing at stable 30fps without the sound being shit?

im not replaying 100 long game with some stuff added into it 70 hours in

I am and nearly fucking rage quit at Shadow Okumura.

>30 minute time limit
>5 waves of robots enemies, each with 4 in a group
>Every robot resistant to physical and most elements, have 1 to 2 elemental weaknesses
>Each wave is different weaknesses
>Killing one will make all of them run away, resetting with the same enemies but with full health
>Getting them to half health and not defeating them all entirely before a second turn, they will run away and reset the fight
>All enemies target a single party member each turn with physical skills, can crit
>Shadow Okumura gets 3 turns each round, in which he buffs one enemy, then either debuffs your whole party or casts hunger on them, which will reduce their damage to nothing unless cured
>Will sometimes set a robot to sacrifice itself, doing huge party-wide damage that is then followed up by the other robots attacking, possibly opening up your guard prior to party-wide attack
>Robots have tons of health, especially later ones
>Manage to get through all of the phases and you have to fight a single giant robot who does a massive party-wide attack as well
>If you defeat THAT ONE, robot Haru comes out with a bunch of dialogue at first (in which the timer doesn't stop) and she will blow up after you hurt her a bit
>Then, you have to hit Shadow Okumura a few times to end the fight

Actually the worst fight I've encountered throughout the entire series, Sleeping Table and MARIN FUCKING KARIN and/or charmed Diarahan in P3's final fight. If it had a character to protect as well, it would've actually had every single one of the worst mechanics in video games in a single fight. You have an add fight, they all have to be killed in a similar time frame, you're on a time limit, the boss has status effects, the enemies are resistant to most attacks, just, fucking everything.

I don't even give a shit if I'm called out for being shit at the game, holy hell was that an awful fucking fight.

I died twice before going back and getting one of the DLC personas to help me. Even then, I ended the fight with two minutes left on the clock.

I outright looked up what the robots were weak to, swapped in different party members, and eventually reverted to spamming Charge+Heat Wave with my Ose I made beforehand. Fucking brute forced it towards the end and still had to blitz through cut scenes to end it with 1 1/2 minutes.

I can't imagine this being someone's first Persona game or something and they just kind bumbled through without understanding buffing/debuffing shit. Fucking atrocious.
