Should I play through Xenoblade Chronicles 2 or Dragon Quest XI? I got 35 hours into XB2 before getting bored and lost, but I want to start a new game

Play Trials of mana remake instead.

PS1 games I got far in and enjoyed but didn't finish(4 instead of 5 though):

Smt is good, is it the 3ds or ds version, either way its the way to go

Draquest is nice and simple, classic i guess, can be boring tho, its pretty easy too
Xeno is much less anime than xeno2 but its still very melodramatic but the story is good i guess

Play Dragon Quest V with the fan translation on a PS2 emulator.

Legend of Dragoon for PS1. A Sony original JRPG that never got much hype, was undeservedly criticized as a FF clone. It shares some similarities but I think it stands out as one of the best JRPGs of that generation.

Play Shadow of Mordor the combat in that game is stellar. I also liked the war chief system in that game fairly interesting.
