Remove all the technological map wizardry and force the player to navigate with a real compass, paper map and landmarks

That too would be pretty cool, or at least make you unlock the map we currently have.
Also they should've made it possible to permanently lose certain shelters/waystations in voidouts by having some more BTs a bit closer to them.
Plus remove the whole Chiral Artist and Junk Dealer story desu, or at least the cringy cut scenes. I know it was just a tiny bit of the game but god was it bad.

No tampering with Kojima's artistic vision user, either you get it all or nothing at all.

To be fair, Kojima spent months getting the audio levels of music, gameplay, and dialogue just right. Giving players the ability to change the audio mix would ruin the intended experience.

they really should have had multiple maps to flesh out all the different environments more, like in the Spintires series.
instead of one map with a bunch of environments sprinkled around, there could be a bunch of maps dedicated to a single environment, a map dedicated to the snow mountains, a map thats a big forest and you have to wade through the abundance of nature, you get the idea. it really would have been better than what they went with.

PC mods will fix everything wrong with it and enhance the good things about it.

That will be something for another game entirely. I'm seeing a future for this type of detailed open world with interactive terrain.

That was just the most obvious of multiple examples of people sucking Kojimas cock to be in the game. I'm sure he begged for the big names but chiral artist girl DEFINITELY swallowed a thick load of nanomachines.

Especially with the whole "oh noo ghostpoweredinternet is fucking world up" thing this could've been so easy to pull off. Just have some floating fucking islands with completely different environments on them.

Junk Dealer is alright himself, Chiral Artist makes the whole thing annoying. It's just such bad acting and corny dialogue between them, I know that's sort of a Kojima thing but it's never sounded so shit.

i don't know about you but i'll stay in the PC threads to give pointers because it's chokefull of systems which are more of less nebulous.
I'm looking forward to mods and i even recommend to wait for some basic mods before diving in, something that removes the hint bubbles for retards. Yeah it's one of those. They don't even do that good of a job while staying obnoxious to the max.

I honestly wish this would be DS2, instead of the gay "wow everyone is so happy now" ending.
