Post decent games that aren't so much popular, contract wars came out in 2010 as a unity web browser game, yes a web browser game, it had lots of guns a skill tree to spice up the gameplay and decent maps it's so sad this game with lots of potential is on the verge of death

I'd sell my left nut to bring this back full throtle
Never could get very far but still. Not enough underwater exploration games. Ones with an entire infrastructure in the bottom, not just wilderness.
Trying to figure out something to play the other day, this popped into my mind as my first foray into a fun SRPG
Still think I'm gonna replay Xenoblade instead though
Isn't this made by the same people who made the escape from tarkov?
nah i dont think
Some of them, yeah

One of the best horror games made in the past 10 years.
whoa what is this one called never seen that before
Well apparently studio is different but some devs form the game worked on it, since they have the factions (used and bear) and some maps as part of tarkov map
Quite literally played every Friday with little fail.
Rimworld
Kenshi
That’s about all I can think of
>tfw big fan of FMV games
>FMVs nowadays are either limited to one or two devs who make somewhat shit to mediocre ones (Her Story and Late night)
>Older FMVs are abandonware or regulated to dead platforms, rarely are they brought back like Night Trap
Rimworld isn't obscure
I can still hear the fucking soundtrack in my head.
*ahem*
Fuck noveskefags
Fuck everyone that uses saiga fa in bay 5
Fuck thermal fags
>Abilities all consume a limited resource
instantly discarded
Yes, but they don't say it aywhere, otherwise people might be wary of Tarkov. Contract Wars was a P2W skinnerbox of a game.
A bit unfinished and clunky, but nevertheless a very fun middleware game. It's fun to spot things that would later appear in Warframe.
Fridays? I go every Tuesday and Saturday
I really like Project Zomboid. The graphic may not be for everyone, but the survival, looting and later base building is fun. Really good long term playability and the difficulty is just right. You die quickly if you make mistakes and surviving for long fells satisfying.

I can't because I've only ever played the demo and a cracked copy so no CD audio
Singularity, it isn't exactly "obscure" but it's definitely a forgotten game that was pretty interesting.
great game, its a shame that mods like insurgency went on to make their own game but neotokyo didnt that game had SOUL.
Hunt showdown.
For years I thought it was just another crappy BR, bought it on sale a few weeks ago and been having blast with it.
There is one dude constantly shilling the game here, but I think that just puts more people off the game.
It's a shame I'm too much of a smoothbrain to figure this game out, love the idea.
Yeah, and that dude is you. Your shilling is achieved with Cry Engine money. Everyone knows this game is garbage. Just look at the "trailer" they released for the latest update. Holy shit, the animations are TERRIBLE.
does titanfall 2 count?
This game was sooo good and now one played it. Put a shitload of time into it and had an absolute blast. Was pretty good at it too.
I swear some of you motherfuckers don't know what obscure even means. You'll go "Super Mario World".
Ok schizo, I guess you judge games by how much money they throw at their trailers.
I don't even know who's baiting anymore at this point.
The trailer shows the animations that are in the game. And the animations... SUCK.
Anyone else played this game?
I liked it, it was janky but somehow had some soul in it. The "throw glaive into fire = fire glaive damage" shit was nice, and manually chopping heads off with the glaive was great too.
its simple capture the flag shooter dude
