I know nothing about it but based on looks alone I can't even tell what type it is which is kind of a failure of design. Looks like it could be any combo of dragon, steel, dark, fire, psychic, flying and ghost.
Also shooting your young or whatever that is out of your head is Digimon-tier weird.

They like it. Canonically, even. Pokédex entry say they really like being launched and get kinda anxious and sad if there's no Dragapults around to launch them.

Not really attractive as is but surprisingly easy to draw attractively without going off model
Ghost typing is a little poorly represented but makes more sense when you think about it, and I'm not sure what else they could have done
