As you can see, there's not much you need to understand that isn't already covered by what you see in battle.

Sadly, in Japanese there is no Reyn time, and there aren't any jokers. What is there is fucking lame in comparison

力がてない means “I’m put of power.” Literally translated. So, more like, I’m put of energy, I’m exhausted, etc... you we’re far off with “I’m dead.” You were just little too on the nose with that. That’d be more like 僕は死んだ

yeah I know it's literally translated as "I have no power left" or something like that, didn't really feel like giving him the whole thing.

If I were to handle an English dub version of it I'd personally put it as "I can't fight anymore" or something to that nature. But that's just me.

I always play Japanese games with Japanese voices on. I just don't play Xenoblade because I don't like the games.

I would do sub more often if the when you decided to play with the Japanese dub they go for a more literal translation rather than a localization
