The problem never was Byleth. The problem is all the Fire Emblem characters that came before. Realisticly Fire Emblem should have Marth, Robin and Byleth representing swords, magic and weapon switches plus classic FE, awakening and three houses. Everyone else can and should go. If there was a 4th to stay it would be Ike.
