That's not remotely true. Argentina has almost laughably cheap prices, which is why I set my Steam region to ARS; and video games in Mexico are still more expensive than traveling across the border to the US to buy them there.

Developing a videogame is expensive as fuck and everyone here in Mexico is poor. Rich people only invest in oil, football and monopolies. They don't undertsand videogames can be one of the most profitable markets
