Alright, let's do some notes.
Step 1, get some fucking subsurf in there, and lighten up on your skin textures. Her cheek bones look like a belt sander.
Eyes look surprisingly okay, but get some light in them. They look real but they look dead. Put some twinkle in there, and maybe have her look some direction other than dead-flat-ahead. Everything else below the neck is complete garbage. Start again.

What the fuck is going on with that shirt? Here's a hint that will make everything you model a million times better; think about how those things are made in real life. Like that shirt. Shirts are not extruded out of a single piece of contiguous fabric. They have seams. They have hems. Learn where they should be. This will have the added effect of disguising your absolutely wretch-inducing UV mapping, which, the fact I can notice it at all is a huge mark against.
Also, again with the dead fucking eyes. They're actually moved this time, which is good, but they're WAY too far. She looks like she's being possessed.
Honestly, If you can learn how to position and light your eyes, everything else is gravy.
This is the best of the three, but that's not saying much.
Once again we have physically impossible clothing. Knock that shit off.
The eyes here look like they've got some life to them, which is frankly doing way too much of the heavy lifting for believably.
This model has two main problems though;
The first is the pose. It's very flat. I'm not going to go into posing, because I've got a character limit, but basically, never, under any circumstances should your pose be symmetrical. It looks stiff.
The second big problem is the camera. The angle and the focal length combined makes me want to barf. Learn composition before you start doing crazy shit with the camera. Basically, if you feel you need to tilt the camera, that means improvements need to be made elsewhere.
