Yes you can download the entire Rock Band library, all games 1, 2, 3, Blitz, Lego, Green Day and Beatles and ALL DLC. They have multitracks as well but you can only play Guitar, Bass and sometimes Keys.

However since they were fan conversions there are problems, like they don't have the "big rock endings" where you mashed buttons so they charted them with interesting success, and some songs don't register HOPO's properly. But my biggest issue is the sound mixing is totally fucked on a lot of songs, where the vocals or bass or whatever are way way too loud
