Hey! Do you know what you just did?
Hey! Do you know what you just did?
never got why you can't refuse battles in pokemon, only grunts like team rocket shouldve been mandatory
It's an ancient law. To turn down a challenge is a mark of great cowardice.
because then the game is literally just walking through routes of pokemon 5 levels lower than yours to the next gym leader
I don't think that guy's a trainer, I htink he's the dude that tells you you just made your first step into Kanto
I don't like how this is going. Will she get arrested for immigrating to Kanto?
hopefully
what if you just have a pokemon to make you company? why can't you go visit your family in another town without geting your pet beaten ten times by pokemon trainers? it makes no sense and it shouldve been dropped as a gimmick already in the second generation
probably because the gameplay is you getting challenged in to battles that you have to beat in order to get to next place
and?
Jesus just look at that pic. Only Gen 1 had real soul
Not if that man keeps quiet. And she might be able to convince him somehow, but she doesn't have any money, so she'll have to pay another way...
>what if you just have a pokemon to make you company?
Then you're not a trainer you idiot. Challenges apply to trainers only.
you don't know what a gimmick is.
the pokemon games are already piss-easy, why do you want them to be easier?
but that should be your call to make, maybe those bikers should be mandatory cause they are criminals but not all of the trainers
It's the same country it's just a different region
Because you aren't actually in full control of your character, you're only deciding where they walk. Your character WANTS to battle.
I never played the originals so I will ask, was it black and white? if so why were the cities named after colors if you couldn't watch them?
> she was asking for it
Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald and onwards was easier than Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Gold, Silver and Crystal. Even Fire Red and Leaf Green were toned down a little.
that could make them more dificult though cause you would chose not to be superleveled
IF YOU MAKE EYE CONTACT, YOU MUST FIGHT TO THE DEATH
What a lazy fucking game. They couldn't be bothered to make a bigger world so they just took the world from the previous game and tacked it on to the new one.
>was it black and white
More like puke green and a darker puke green.
>why were the cities named after colors if you couldn't watch them?
Why not?
You can't become the very best, like no one ever was, by running like a pussy.
More games should do this.
If you played original Game Boy it was the typical GB green, however GSC were GBC only, so were as you see above
I'm pretty sure she has a lot of money but she is greedy so she takes the other "payment".
Did anyone actually only go to kanto after the game ended? I went as soon as I got surf... but then you can't go any further. Which was pretty lame after he just made a big deal out of it.
They should have made it so you couldn't go at all until after the game ended.
They made an entire new region + added/changed the old one as an addition. What's the problem?
>create a compression algorithm to fit the entirety of kanto into the game and then some
>still make changes to kanto (e.g. cinnabar island, blue's gym) so that the postgame isn't a carbon copy of gen 1
>lazy
You just took your first step into KANTOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
so if you put the original pokemon red in the gameboy color you saw the colors? or was it a different game cartridge?
That same world takes place 5 years later, and a lot of stuff in that world has changed and been altered since.
