Out of big name ones that are translated, I'd say Rance VI, Sengoku Rance, Kamidori and Evenicle. They are actually proper full-lenght games, and have pretty good sex scenes.
Out of smaller doujin stuff, I'd say Meltys Quest, Succubus Prison, and Nadeko's Demon Ground are among my favourites. They have pretty good variety of content, and gameplay isn't absolute torture that gets in the way of porn.

Rubbish. All of their games have total lack of content. For example, that one where you are captured to be as cattle for succubus is short as fuck, and even though the game introduces item usage as element in intro, it never comes up again.
Like, they have pretty good base for gameplay, great artists and god-tier pixelwork, but there's no fucking substance to anything they make. It's a shame really.

I really tried to like Evenicle, but playing that after Rance VI, I just couldn't. The gameplay feels so shallow. Doesn't help the IU looks straight from a mobile game.

Played it, I don't like games where the reward is tied behind a huge setback, which is why Zell games hit all the right spots. Dieselmine games are less of games and more walking simulators but their pixel art and animation scenes are godly.
Castle of Temptation is looking promising as fuck too.
