Not a chance. No one cares about graphics on PC, look at how many people bought C&C Remastered. They just need to make sure it doesn't run at 30 FPS, that will definitely make people seethe.

A 4c/4t PC with a gtx 1070 costs around $600 right now and it can comfortably run it. I know because that is exactly my setup.
