play dragon's dogma
Play dragon's dogma
i did some story shit up until the point where u get to the big city and then a few hours after that in questing but it never really caught on for me idk
Boring combat
I can't. I always best the dragon and change my mind on my arisen/pawn builds and start over. It's unending suffering and fuck this game for not letting you redistribute levels
I have the same problem. The only reason I haven't gotten every achievement yet is due to the fact that I love starting on a clean slate.
Had the same problem with most of the elder scrolls games as well
I've leveled all the way to 200 like 6 different times, user. I can't keep playing this forever.
But I already do.
Pawn is Athaea, level 109.
>low attention span
>contrarian
>autistic
DD2 soon, user. I promise.
where is "good" combat then?
I've played it so many times. I've made a shota with a mommy pawn, a loli with a mommy pawn, a loli with a loli pawn, an ugly bastard with a loli pawn and an old man with an old man pawn. I've played this game too much as it is
But it really don't matter
yea now that i think about it imma go with the "contrarian" the combat was pretty boring. and fuck u fag i had the attention enough to slog through that dated garbage cuz a friend told me to play it for the experience, it wasnt to my taste
This game sucks shit and only exits to allow people to make lolis.
Because only using 3 abilities makes the game really fun, right? The worst RPG I have ever touched in my life.
>they never reached BBI
like im gonna waste any more time on that dumpsterfire of a dated game fuc that
You take that back, homosex
>he keeps bumping a thread about a game he dislikes
>homosex
that made me lol pretty hard m8
i don hate hate the game its just not my cup o tea and i dont give a fuck about its bump lol
I did 8 years ago, it was okay but worse than dark souls or skyrim
i'm sorry user but you have shit taste
Skyrim, better adventure
Dark Souls, better challenge
DD was fine, don't get me wrong, but the weak sotc mechanics and lame quests didn't really break any new ground and the game is kinda boring and lacks tension because you can always just open up the menu to heal, and unlike Skyrim all the quests are lame and the world is completely barren. Oh and the story is the same home town attacked now you have to kill the evil shtick you've seen 100 times before. It's a solid 7/10 game that came out after two 9/10 games. Bat timing really.
>2 died
cringe
>the story is the same home town attacked now you have to kill the evil shtick you've seen 100 times before
you only beat the dragon didn't you? there's much more after
Skyrim? Really? Are you fucking braindead? It wasn't a bad game but it wasn't really "good" either.
what vocation
I just was.
>mfw everfall 2.0 and got shit on by the ur-dragon. I'm level ~60 or so right now and might head to BBI as I havn't touched that at all yet. Played about half mage/sorc and half assassin, thinking of fucking MK for a bit and then MA at 100 or so.
I assume doing the bit after getting 20 wakestones will end the game, right?
Weapons especially are important in BBI, so you might want to only change if you have a decent weapon to go by. And yes, you reach endgame when you deliver the wakestones
>Says story, adventure, quests and world are lame and theres no tension
>Praises skyrim despite all of those being worse in skyrim
Boy I sure love the adventure of 4 cave layouts and 90% of all quests being "Go clear this cave of bandits or drauger"
What is with all these jap games you people tell me to play that are actually just shit?
Is the stuff sold during post-game good enough for that? Threaded cudgel, heralds helix, etc?
I don't really remember, it was 8 years ago after all, and I don't really remember every 7/10 I play, I saw the credits roll at least before I stopped playing.
Yes, without a doubt, Skyrim had way more interesting adventures and a far more detailed world to explore. Of what I remember of Dragon's Dogma every quest that wasn't like a main path quest was as braindead as a radient (randomly generated) quest from skyrim, escort character x to location y, or deliver x number of y to npc z. Skyrim has like half a dozen cities and each one has a whole questline associated with them and then a bunch of smaller side quests, and even those sidequests have about as much polish as the main quests in Dragon's dogma, Dragon's Dogma has what 1 city and 1 village and the only questline associated with them was the main quest and as I've already said the quests leave you wanting. I remember going back to the same catacombs like 3 times or something, why didn't I clear out the cultists the first time? If we're just comparing the adventure Skyrim is head and shoulders above DD. Sure Skyrim's combat is kinda shit but it's not really about that.
Post pawns you fags.
Also big thanks to the anons who decked her out yesterday. You guys are the realest of niggers
heralds helix is good enough to start BBI with if it's upgraded
She looks like if you flipped her upside down she'd hold water.
