If they have 4K trailers, then why aren't they broadcasting them at that resolution? Youtube has the capability to live stream 1080p60 and even 4K60, and Twitch can do 1080p60. Even the smallest streamers on Twitch broadcast all of their content at 60fps.

My guess is that not all of the stuff they have will be 4k/60 so they are just downscaling everything to 1080/30. Trailers and shit will probably just be uploaded separately at full resolution after the stream any way.
