Atlus hate PC with a passion, they'd rather Persona 4 Golden die on a handheld noone bought than port it to PC, remember when they lied and said the reason they refuse to port Persona 5 to PC is because it would run better on PS4? The only reason Catherine is on Steam is because it's the original version and Sega probably had to do a lot of convincing. Atlus even did a shitty port job on it to discredit PC.

Even if stuck on Vita P4G sold gangbusters for Atlus and the Persona series so I doubt they'll shift for PC. If they do though it'd be good since future persona games will have a chance of being PC too, but I wouldn't expect it.
