I liked Disgaea 3. It's not an "exclusive", but the only other option for that little gem is the Vita. Sengoku Basara 3 (and the JP-only expansion) is great, too.
Basically, the PS3 is an obscure JRPG/Japanese quirky game box. Look into the weeaboo market for it, and you'll find something to your fancy.

The PS3 version of Dragon's Crown is already 1080p. One of the few PS3 games to do so. Unless you're saying you're going to emulate it in 4k or something. But based on your description, it doesn't sound like that's what you mean.
