Nah. Andromeda strain would barely be classified as euclid class.

Keter is something with the potential to be world ending (or a threat to the foundation)
Euclid just means its weird and not fully understood so it's hard to contain.

Those classes are placed on objects/things entirely based on how difficult they are to contain. Euclid isn't too bad, as long as you follow the procedures to the letter.

Keter pretty much means that it'll be pretty fucking difficult to keep it locked up even if you follow the horribly complex procedures that can mostly keep it locked up.
