When you try to make games as real as possible you get shit like RDR2 where it's a slog to play because they decided to animate every little thing. Part of what makes games such a great artform is the ways they differ from reality. The decisions of what mechanics and actions to simulate and which ones to abstract away is what makes a video game a video game and not a simulation of the real world.

RDO would have been good for you if it wasn't dead af right now. The zoomer speed tweaks still feel overkill though with the Carcano especially having a semi auto firerate.
