Fractured but Whole sucked ass

Maybe this one? Though it is a remake.

Whatever the next Arkham game is called, as long as they cut down on Batmobile combat, and add in better bosses than City or Origins.

The first one? IDK. The second one, it kind of just plays out mediocre and then fizzes out near the end. Although I still have NO idea of Mitch Conner was really on Kyle or not.

the only thing you suck is dick faggot

This is Red. Say something nice about her!

I prefer the second one and don't really get the criticism. I think it's a straight upgrade in gameplay, and I like the presentation a lot more. Plus towelie is the best preorder bonus of all time.

Probably not, the biggest advantage was modern day graphics allowed it to literally look like the show.
I liked how the first one they were just pretending, reminded me of the flea market or lotr episodes.
Having actual super powers in the second one is weird and conflicts with the actual appearances in the show.

I just thought the story was funnier in the first one.

>south park
Ah to be a 12 years old edgelord again to enjoy this shit.

The only "superpowers" is the main kids farting. Everyone else is imaginary or already established

Oh sure, the second one has easily better gameplay but it's not funny at all. The market's loaded with better RPGs that also aren't funny so SoT wins out for me by at least offering something I can't get elsewhere.

Stick was good, Butthole wasn't.

This.

The humour seems exactly the same to me except butthole is longer. They also had a bunch of good superhero episodes fleshing out their ideas which I think benefited the game. The fantasy episodes they did were just game of thrones parodies.

The original is the best licensed game ever made, no question. I hope the remake lives up to the hype.

>THEY MADE FUN OF ME AND NOW I HATE THEM

t. Person who watches series that makes fun of literally everyone

The first game was a passion project made by people who understood what people enjoyed about the series. The sequel was made by people who made Just Dance

This.
Obsidian was behind SoT.
Ubisoft San Fran was behind the sequel.

I played them back to back, I found Stick hilarious throughout and didn't laugh once during Fractured. Stick unsurprisingly pulls from a lot of older SP episodes where Fractured pulls from newer stuff and the writing felt pretty tame and toothless in comparison.

It sures. It is a lot less creative in general. People think that old obsidian was just writting, but they also have pretty good quest desing.

I was disappointed by Stick of Truth desu. It keeps ruining jokes by repeating them over and over or having punchlines that go on for too long, and the gameplay is braindead easy even on the hardest difficulty.

its the same writing you autistic fuck maybe stop getting your opinions from youtubers or reviewers and make one for yourself

Fractured But Whole has such a good combat system i cannot fucking play any other rpgs.

looking at gameplay videos and screenshot its probably going to be trash

It's been a while since I played either, but I remember Stick being better because a lot of the humor was focused on being a genre parody. The humor in Fractured was generally more topical and focused on current trends. Stick will hold up better because the humor is more timeless, but Fractured will probably feel like a time capsule in a few years.

>Stick
Abortion, your parents fucking, gay ass exploration
>Fractured
Fat black stripper, tired ass rapist priests jokes, tired ass corrupt racist police jokes
I played the games and don't read/watch reviews you brainless zoomer.

>t. enjoyes season 15 onwards

this is your brain on Zig Forums aka. reddit

>if you don't like moden south park you're Zig Forums
I'm getting tired of this cheap argument. It has nothing to do with the politics involved, the writing itself just sucks. References to politics and pop culture have always been a thing, but the difference is they were well executed and didn't really on cheap running gags before. I can watch pretty much any old episode and laugh my ass off but the new episodes don't even get a chuckle out of me, regardless of whether I approve of the underlying message or not.

Great argument, thanks for the discussion.
I'll just go and watch some old South Park I guess.
