no

There's already multiple Bloodborne threads. Why make another?

no. 60 frames will do nothing for the game.

because it's an easy 300+ replies everytime

pc bros are still trying to cope without the game and salivate at any possibilities

4k no, 60fps yes

t. actually played the game

Considering the original dips down to literally 15 frames, yes lol

60 frames is a world of difference compared to 30. And 100+ another world.

All From games are overrated shit anyway, though. Reddit core.

Retard.

This. It's not how it's meant to be played.
Bloodborne is the Kino intersection between cinematic and absolute 10/10 game design. 60 FPS will feel wrong.

it stays at fixed 30 in pro boost mode but there are fights where it would desperately need 60 to REALLY shine (ludwig in particular)
>All From games are overrated shit anyway, though. Reddit core.
better than your fav games :)

4K is a meme but 60 fps is a massive difference, just look at the gascoigne boss 720p/60 fps
youtu.be/Hd0dQsjFGJU

surprising how well the game just werks at 60 fps, sony could have easily rolled out a patch for Pro but they don't care because 90% of PS4 owners got theirs for FIFA and CoD and only PCfags buy PS4s for exclusives :)

>better than your fav games :)
Objectively speaking, no, not really. Devil May Cry and Monster Hunter have objectively more dynamic and complex combat, Metroid (Prime) objectively does better level design, Zelda objectively has better circle/context interaction (Souls basically has none), archery is objectively better (can't even move your bow up and down in a 90-degree angle in Souls), dungeons have objectively better level design, controls, gameplay, verticality, JRPGs like Xenoblade are the better vista simulators and also have a better Sakuraba OST (see Baten Kaitos, which has an amazing Sakuraba OST while Souls has random chanting and piano plinking).

Reddit would definitely agree with you, though.

>surprising how well the game just werks at 60 fps
It doesn't. That's running at 720p on a Pro in boost mode, and even then it drops below 60 at times.

This looks so boring and just like another From shit game. Why do people care so much?

tl;dr you're likely a witcher cuck still salty someone called your combat shit
I mean I'm surprised he isn't falling through world geometry or having durability bugs or other such shit like the previous games had

Can you explain your obssession with From games? You played all the Souls games, and they were all the same corridory, streamlined experience with gameplay that boils down to "target-lock enemy, dodge button when enemy attacks, retaliate--rinse, repeat". I am not breaking it down. These are the exact inputs for 95% of encounters. You can't say that about Ninja Gaiden or even Monster Hunter without breaking it down.

You can't even expect a learning curve from From Software that would finally culminate in something new. It took them like 30 games to add basics like verticality; climbing and diving to their games. CDPR achieved that after only two games in Witcher 3, plus

1. villages,
2. decision making,
3. puzzle solving

and actual open worlds. Meanwhile Cyberpunk gets a lot of hate from a lot of you. And no, I don't even like CDPR.

From Software can't figure out archery to this day, which is clunky and feels tertiary. They finally added new mechanics to Sekiro--turns out all of them suck, especially the tools and arts of which you have about 50 and can only pick one to actually use on the go (instead of being incorporated in the moveset). They will never push off from the very limiting input layout for their games, and the terrible framerate and things like bad hitboxes are further emblematic for how little they care about gameplay.

Souls games are overrated (especially by Reddit and NeoGAF types) to a degree that will never cease to baffle. Though I have a theory as to why it gets such high praise yet barely wins any GotY awards. I think it's possible that most reviewers actually hate the games but are scared of the "HURR, YOU ARE CASUAL!" shitstorms which would occur if they were to give them the deserved scores. Remember Famitsu gave Demon's Souls about 20/40, and then suddenly even Souls 2 40/40.

I understand finding them OK, but what's up with your obsession? Is something wrong with you?

The world design is 11/10. The combat is a solid 9/10. The boss design is 10/10. The Old hunters is top 3 best expansion ever after yuri's revenge and Gothic 2 NOTR. It's just the best game ever made :)

Reminder that posters that don't want this port don't actually like Bloodborne.

Because different people have different tastes, Timmy.

Please ignore 511694263, he's my autistic little brother

90% of BB fans are PC fags that got a PS4 for exclusives lol, sony fags fucking despise the game

t. pc masterrrace got a ps4 for bloodborne and a few other games

I just want to mod it.

Is bloodborne just badly optimized that it runs like shit? I know it's "technical" looking, but aren't there better looking and better running games on the PS4? Why the hell is bloodborne struggling so much?

>tl;dr you're likely a witcher cuck still salty someone called your combat shit
Not really, no.

>lol everything is 10/10 because I say so goodnight :)
This guy pretty much points out how you are full of shit

That's true. I don't want this port and think From games are utter fucking garbage overrated by Redditors.

Somebody better make Bloodborne Kart mod or there will be blood

not gonna ready your shitty pasta m8 :)

and yes BB is the best game ever made, ofc it's 10/10

Yes. Bloodborne would've been fine at 1080p 30 with minor drops but the frame pacing is so fucked that every second spent playing feels terrible compared to the other games. You can also see this with Sekiro and Dark Souls III on consoles. You need a PC to brute force it to 60 and lessen the frame pacing issues.

>4K
no, meaningless meme resolution
>60 fps
yes, because it relates directly towards how the game feels to play, duh

if it's 60 fps steady, yes. I beat BB and the DLC recently and dear god it feels awful even when it's at a steady 30, something about it looks so jittery and jarring to the eyes. When it drops to 20 it feels horrible too.

I couldn't care less about the resolution but just the framerate being stable would be huge.

No but 1440p ultrawide 144fps, yes.

There's no such thing as objectivity at the AAA level faggot. Bloodborne is the most atmospheric and whole recipe for the Souls series, also the fact that you compare it to a hack and slash like DMC tells me what a retard you are

it's the frame pacing, DeS felt smoother at 30fps. albeit boost mode helps a lot, it's still not very smooth all things considered

They'll fucking ruin the game somehow. I just know it.

>something about it looks so jittery and jarring to the eyes
Uneven frame-times. Some frames stay on-screen longer than others, which creates that jitter/stutter.

It's interesting that they never thought to fix the frame pacing through a patch, it would've helped leagues even at 30 fps. Maybe it's harder to fix than I think.

Not really. Even without those things, it managed to be one of the best games of the generation.

he never played any of the games he quoted, including BB, so it's better you don't give him attention

>144fps
>still believe this marketing meme makes you better
consume, sheep ehehe

Nauseating

Yea, it does.

Yes, it will make any game more enjoyable and appealing.

>better than MH
???

I want it, but I just know that they're going to fucking ruin this masterpiece somehow.

I was just replying to a retarded shitposter with a low effort reply. I only played Freedom Unite 1 and it's an awesome game. Liked that, and I like Bloodborne too. It's not hard.

Those bugs might still be present, falling through geometry only happened with ladders and 60 fps "only" halved weapon durability. Roll distances were also halved at 60 fps on ptde but that doesn't seem to be the case for bloodborne from what I can tell.
Soulslikes are very popular on PC and bloodborne is the only major soulslike that's not on PC aside from Nioh 2 but the latter is more or less confirmed for PC anyway. As for why they're so popular, for me it's how much uninterrupted gameplay there is. You can play for hours without encountering a single loading screen, cutscene, walkie talkie section or other contemporary bullshit. The combat is basic but it still does it's job and other aspects make up for it.

>60 FPS
>stable framepacing
>fast load times
>free online
>ability to remove chromatic aberration
>mods
Would make a huge difference.

Yes it does and looks/feel amazing, cope

How can they ruin it? I mean it's not a remake where they overhaul stuffs, the max it could happen is to have a game ported with piss poor performance of 20ish fps and random crashes.
