Dark Souls 3 is pretty immersive
Meanwhile Dark Souls 2
Soulless
soul
>it's another Dark Souls X bad, Dark Souls X good thread
All the Dark Souls games are good and full of soul
Fight me
so immersive with those non-interactive environments, I just love corridors and hitting enemies over and over for 50 hours
You can destroy almost all the furniture around tho
and it's of absolutely no consequence
>only good looking part of DS3 is a forced landscape
>get posted ad nauseam
Why are DS2 and DS3 so predictable retarded? Post one of the 7 swamp areas instead, Jimbo.
hearing about all the cut content in dark souls 3 kind of makes me sad honestly. wish we could know more about just how much changes they made. seems like they were done fairly close to release too

Soul/soulless is one of the worst fucking memes from this board, it somehow manages to be even shittier than wojak of the week
Swamp areas are the ultimate pleb filter
Why would I fight you, you're right.
kinda gave it this etheral otherworldly vibe. i love all the souls game but ds2 just ticks some atmosphere boxes in my brain that make me happy.
This is the best and most based opinion
Chad status
pretty pathetic that ds3oids can only muster up this single image from this exact angle, knowing that the other 99% of the game is a grey and brown mess
pure gameplay with no fat. the best kinda game
Swamp areas have never been good since DeS and DS
I'd say only DaS2 has below average swamp areas since they're short and easy to go through
Ds1's swamp area is literally skippable
Hey gamer, remember Anor Londo? :)
Is it? I mean, you can skip most of it but you still have to go in there for Queelag's boss fight even if you use the Valley of Drakes route via the Master Key, not to mention that in a first playthrough is more probable to miss Queelag's entrance
>hurr durr sequels should never have anything that relates to the original in any way
The return to Anor Londo was great and you're a faggot, the only conceivable problem with it is that it's too short.
Wasn't Dark Souls also full of references of Demon Souls?
Saint Aldrich of the Deep is the new master of Anor Londo, I wonder what he'll be like...
It's... Gwyndolin being used a meat puppet... damn I guess he died...
Is that... a spectral lifehunt scythe? The gravelord sword as well? Hey, I remember all of these things from Dark Souls...
It's just like how the Abyss Watchers were successors to the original Wolf Knight, Artorias the Abysswalker himself...
That's a little different than an AREA from DS1 making it into DS3. If I remember correctly, item descriptions in DS2 make it clear that it takes place ages after DS1, and almost all remnants of the original age of fire have crumbled. So why is the Anor Londo cathedral in mint condition in DS3, which takes place after DS2?
I just played through the dlc for the first and it was really fucking good, up there with The Old Hunters. It felt like a good end to the series.
Damn... It's almost as if....... maybe sequels are........ supposed to........ have....... things from...... the original....... or something..................
how do you make interactive environments?
He did. You can see one of the swamp areas in bottom right lol
How do you explain the catacombs of carthus and demon ruins being filled with rejected chalice dungeon assets? Are lothric and yharnam part of the same world?
So this is the old dragonslayer of the cathedral of blue.... he looks just like ornstein....
