The point is the footprints were already there; the player was standing at the objective. However it wouldn't activate until he used his Witcher senses. As if this Witcher, a man with extraordinary senses, who is on a quest to track someone, wouldn't be able to spot these massive footprints unless he was looking really, really hard.

Hype is just setting yourself up for disappointment most of the time.

Very. Every seething shitposter that i encounter drives my hype even higher. I even preordered.

Somewhat hyped . People seem to think CDPR can't do any wrong but they're just wolves in a sheep costume .

The game and setting seem fun and interresting but they're also pushing for an online mode of sorts . As long as it doesn't stop nor slow down the release of DLCs I'm fine with that .

I'm waiting for more info first but even then , I think I'll buy the game in a couple of years .

I'm tired of games with bullet sponge enemies.

people are saying that uncharteds or last of us's are movie games but the real movie game is witcher 3. It's practically not a game and i don't mean it in a mocking fashion, i literally mean it unironically. When you set the difficulty lvl at anything less than death march it's so easy your brain just turns off after some time and you're just mindlessly wandering and kill monsters - also mindlessly. There is nothing to play, nothing to think about while you're playing. The same thing happens on death march too but a little later - deatch march is at least properly challenging at the beginning.

and i saw people playing on those lower levels and they were killing big bosses in 10 sec LMAOOOO what is the fucking point even

would you rather have every enemy drop from 1 bullet ?

Yeah but atleast in the cyberpunk setting it makes sense . Most people are have half robotic bodies .

Atleast the AI doesn't seem too braindead but we'll have to see .

if i shoot a motherfucker in the face they better drop dead. The reason I hate this mechanic is because it's just another way to have either level scaling or "these enemies are too tough for where you are"

i suppose, but having the damage numbers pop up just makes it seem like borderlands or shit along those lines. I know there's an option to turn it off but it doesn't change how the games balanced.

i understand they can have harder to kill shit, but they could do that by making them armored, making them more robotic, having them use cover intelligently.

making enemies damage sponges for the sake of 'difficulty' is a terrible design choice if it makes the game tedious/take long for the sake of making it 'hard'.

Ohh right , well I think the number thing (just like the subtitles etc in the hud) are actually turned on in the hud when you install certain shit in your eye / other .

Though I'm sure that you'll have the option to turn some stuff off in the settings .

you absolutely can figure shit out yourself, but you also have to press a button to progress the quest
LA:Noire did this shit too and nobody gave a fuck, it also had gameplay so shitty that you could just press a button to skip it

an enemy that can take more than 1 bullet is not automatically a bullet sponge, thats nr1
2 - they do have armored enemies and weak points
3 - ai complex enough to dodge your shots and use tactics just isnt there yet, fear was close but even there guys didnt drop after 1 hit

Sony and Amazon can fuck themselves.

Pretty hype considering my expectations are of a game with average combat/gameplay but a neat world and story.

The quests are designed around that button, it's fucking shit. It should never have been a thing.
