On PS3 I experienced a strange bug with Fallout 3's Operation Anchorage DLC. I can't get past the first part, immediately after destroying the three guns and getting briefed by sarge, control is not given back to me after he dismisses me, and no matter what I did, saving, reloading, loading a save before I even entered the simulation pod, doing other things, reloading the area, it was all futile. Eventually just decided to load a save before I began the DLC and play the rest of the game.

Yeah the real problem is that half the kids who get to it are in no way going to be able to mash fast enough to beat it and there's no way around it or clever strat for it. You just have to mash at inhuman speeds and if you can't you don't get to play the game.
