Brawl. Especially the story mode

CoD Warzone

Super paper mario, 3D gimmick in addition to kino visuals and music.

Stunt Race FX. It was my first time playing a game with 3D polygonal graphics.

Megaman ZX because it was the first time I heard voices on a portable game. GBA had none of those besides some sound effects, and I thought it was impossible at the time.

Breath of Fire II
Golden Sun + The Lost Age

Dead Rising

Crash Bandicoot and the reflections on the ground on that one dinosaur mission

Death Stranding

Fortnite

Turrican
Battle Squadron
Shadow of the Beast

Honestly, Jet Grind Radio.
First cel-shaded game.
Also, Naganuma's music was unlike anything I ever heard before.
All things together, the game had pushed style and coolness so far, it felt like every other game was holding back.

The trailer for Killzone. I was rather niave I know.

Doom (1993)

Mario64
Metroid prime
Rouge squadron
Dead or Alive(that did something else.)

Homeworld and FFX

Super Mario World with all the secret routes

LHX attack chopper. The graphics just floored me.

i had this thing when i was a kid.
its was the dark soul of children's toy before dark soul was made

OOT was the first 3D game I ever played. When my big brother told me it was 3D, I had no idea what to expect. Can you imagine a time when you hardly even knew what a video game was? What a wonderful experience this game was, and still is

donky kang country.

Oot ruled my childhood. It's literally all I could think about.

Close Combat II's custom missions. You could pick any map, decide the make up of both armies, and then just go at it as you wished. I loved sending waves of flamethrower tanks at poor german infantry.

Brawl was a very grand game, but I don't think anything will blow me away the same way Melee did.
>The starting roster is bigger than Smash 64's entire roster

FFIX

That first next gen console game you get for your birthday, Christmas, holiday, being a good boy/girl day, etc.

Red Dead Redemption 2
damn the nostalgia is all coming to me at once

Crash 3

I think Demon's Souls, not on any flavor of the month trying to appease Zig Forums shit either. My late Grandfather got me the game, and I have really fond memories. That was almost a decade ago, so I should really try to emulate it...

Half-Life

Fuck I remember this game. Never got past any mission as a dumb kid.

Super Mario 64. Imagine growing up playing NES and SNES with SMB3 and Super Mario World and then coming home one day to see that your dad got you an N64 and saw Mario pop out of that pipe in full fucking 3D. It was fucking magical.
