Greatest reveal was Cloud but regarding banjo I really doubt he's going to get a new game, a remaster/remake exclusive is Xbox Sex wouldn't surprise me. But Banjo's games were never exactly blockbuster sellers, so I doubt they'd see it as worth it to make a whole new game when it's probably sell even less nowadays

3D platformers, especially remakes, have been the hip thing to release since 2016-17 so I'd be shocked if anything Banjo hasn't even been considered at all

I remember has a child I was playing smash 64, looking at the roster and I was thinking about how it was a cross over of a bunch of Nintendo games, I started to wonder why Banjo wasn't there because that's what he felt like at the time, little did I know he would get in 20 years later.

I'll be honest and say I was a Dantefag when the Byleth reveal happened. The absolute disappointment I felt was immeasurable.

Even though Banjo and Kazooie sZ my second most wanted, their hype/reveal can never be topped, even by my most wanted. Everything from the build up, the stevefags setting up their own defeat, to the reveal trailer was absolute perfection. On top of that, they're an honest character that is fun to play.

Spyro and Crash? Who are much bigger than Banjo ever was. Did Rayman also get one? IDR, but either way it wouldn't surprise me if banjo got a remake as well, I'm just saying dont bet on it. No matter how you spin it his biggest success was only 3 mil on a console that didn't sell all too well.

My most wanted is Terra, and I was disappointed by Byleth but after a second I stopped caring. It's not the biggest deal to me as long as the character is at least somewhat fun

INB4 people call Banjo dishonest for being projectile spam. Gun mode egg pop up and grenade egg plus shield leads to lots of interesting setups into uptilt, aerials, dragdown nair throws, and wonderwing, with plenty of shenanigans in between with the 3 jumps and decent tilts. It’s unfortunate too many people are peabrained and can’t play setup characters but at least Raito puts in the work. Every time I pull of something I feel like it was earned and not just a bunch of Lucian aerial spam shit

I thought about the 3 others when I saw the weapons and I thought they were gonna kill byleth or something just to keep it exciting. I was talking to my roommate and I kept in saying “this HAS to be a joke” I couldn’t believe they just trolled everyone. Even sakurai seemed like he didn’t wana do it. But they did. They put the lifeless sex doll in smash instead of someone with soul and personality

Banjo may still not return but between Yooka-Laylee, Mario Odssey, the Spyro and BfBB remakes, collectathons have come back to varying degrees of success

Not a big fan of Banjo-Kazooie, but holy fuck is he fun to play as.
