THE NEWEST UPDATE FOR MODERN WARFARE IS 84 GIGABYTES
CALL OF DUTY

What the actual fuck is wrong with these retards
My 250 GB SSD can only handle so much. Why are these games so fucking big nowadays?
84 GB of bull prepping
>neo-Zig Forums buys the yearly cod
Don't play that bullshit, play CoD WaW
>playing CoD
is it actually adding 84gb or are they just doing that retarded thing where they package the game files up in huge chunks so one small change of code requires redownloading a new chunk
Either they don't know how to do updates correctly or they're just flat out retarded and need to start compressing shit cause nobody wants to download 80+GB every other week
xbone updats always replace the whole game
How fucking big is this game now? I swear I’ve dowbloaded at least 4 80GB updates by now.
they touch the warzone map and you download the whole thing again and replace the archive
they dont stack
>10$/month
;-)
country? metro area?
yes please ;)
europe ofc
One can be trained to be patient, but I legitimately feel bad for people who live in certain locations where it's normal to have a 100GB bandwidth cap, or pay another $XX to opt for unlimited usage. Godspeed COD anons.
why so much on sexbox?
Stop being American.
>buys
Most people are playing it for the free BR mode
Get oh my level noob
>country
>europe
Because PlayStation 4:tm: users play first
the latter. The game's still huge, like 150~gb, but it usually only goes up a few hundred megabytes to a gigabyte with each patch.
How the fuck is this even possible? Almost a gigabyte per second? What in the holy hell? Where I live I only have 15 gigabytes of “high speed” phone hotspot and if I go over that I have to take my Xbox somewhere where’s there’s WiFi and leave it there a couple days just for an update like this
The absolute state of CoD
>7833.21 Mbps
That's impossible unless you work at a big company
What? It was 100+ GB for me
And here's how much I pay for that kind of speeds
49.99€ /month
Imagine a point where games become so large that it becomes more sensible to ship them on external hard drive rather than just plain downloading them. They already do that in the high-end audio world, where a sample library could be 500 GB.
50v50 BOYS
LETS FUCKING GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Maybe stop using dial up next time, it's fucking 2020 if you don't have 900Mbps or more then you don't deserve to play
Uninstalling after I see the full battlepass. I like the game but the space is too much and there's a backlog of single player games I could be playing instead
COD cucks are mentally ill. This is simply unacceptable.
>complaining about storage space in 2020
Imagine a point where hard drives get bigger and cheaper all the tim- oh wait that's reality
*dabs on your grave*
Idiots like you are why this is deemed "acceptable".
Enjoy your 1TB updates in 5 years.
If that happened to any game I’m playing I would uninstall so fast
I guess I will enjoy those updates with my way faster internet and bigger hard drives, you fucking moronic cretin. Are you just looking for innocuous things to get mad about? Is your life that fucking empty?
Embarrassing really, try 44.2 terabits per second (Tbps)
bbc.com
>Just buy more space lol who care if games become bloated for no reason
>for no reason
Could you provide a citation for this claim, please?
glitch.
>Australia now has the fastest internet speed
I'm really starting to think I'm living in a simulation
They unironically do these so you have less room to put other games on your computer. Call of Duty is a Games as a Service platform. They want you eating and breathing CoD, with plenty of money spent on microtransactions.
>HURR WURKS FOR ME
Allowing lazy developing to become the standard because you may have decent enough internet is so markedly gay, you have to be a white middle class American from a suburb of a major city. No other species accepts mediocrity with such zeal. Kill yourself.
8$/month
How? Mine is 34 gigs
What kind of ping do you get to American servers?
...
1 game per SSD is the FUTURE
Carl of duty shouldnt be considered a videogame anymore
unironically have faster and more reliable internet here in sydney than i ever did in LA and Chicago, granted that was back in 2011-2014 but in 2015 my Internet was also faster.
It's still shit, but I'm happy with it.
