I've played the original extensively. where is the fucking BLOOM? where is the fucking OVERCAST? where is the fucking FOG? why on earth does boletaria have clear, cloudless skies? why is the architecture more gothic than it is medieval? lorewise, boletaria didn't fall that long before we got there so why is everything overgrown? why does flamelurker look like a NUDOOM enemy?

every remake is the same because they're all such blatant cashgrabs you mindless consoomer. if they're going to do something the least they can do is do it with a modicum of competence.

I think the remake looks good, but I'm not too happy about the change in architecture.

honestly in some bits it looks alot better in the remake. but still shocked to see bluepoint doing a creative redesign when I thought they were the official 1:1 remake dev after SOTCR.
Anyways, looking forward to playing Demon Souls by western hands, in a modern engine. Gonna be pretty fucking kino.
