I think Nintendo often underestimates children, and I imagine most kids will find this shit boring. Pokemon took off, because it was cool monsters blowing fire at each other, and building your own team of favorites is fun. This is paper man fighting a stapler and blowing confetti for a few hours with some dumbed down fight mechanics.
