Shadows are culled based on distance for GPU performance reasons, has nothing to do with an SSD. OP is a better example

Loading times will be much faster, that's very good, MHW on PS4 takes almost a minute to load most areas, while it takes like 5 seconds in my PC, and that probably will be even faster to only around 4 in PS5 or SEX. But at the other hand the SSD is only 850GB, and you know extra storage will be really expensive.

if emulators can run many ps3 games better than the ps3 could, then why even release new hardware, every tech company should be optimizing ps3 emulators

As someone who owns a PS4 Pro, I think I'll be getting the SeXbox first, and wait a few years before bothering with the PS5. Everything I saw at the PS5 presentation did not strike me as "Next Gen" in the slightest, and that Square Enix game looked like smoke and mirrors.

The fuck you on about, pop in happens since lods get swapped in and out so you dont need to render long distance models at full quality.
An SSD wont fix that, more RAM will allow for better blending so you can have more LOD states per model but what you really needs is just a better gpu.
