There is a saying in /3/d that goes "Imperfection is digital perfection", meaning the more ugly scratches and dirt and dings and other elements of visual interest you add to your 3d piece the better it will look
You can get obsessed with that idea, especially since the "beat up pass" where you go in and "beat up" your model with defects is something you spend a lot of time doing, and it make you think ugly / defective human faces have that same "beautiful imperfection"

Empty egg-carton is an analogy for the "professional woman's" womb which has gone barren (or emptied of it's eggs) and "Karen" is the new slang term for the middle class white suburbanite woman who is usually characterized as overly intrusive into other people's space (hobbies, work and or personal life) because she herself is living a life devoid of real challenge or meaning and seeks to manufacture drama by inserting herself into conflicts she's not a part of (racial or class issues that are a part of the previous said "other people's personal space.") user was saying this character looks like an amalgamation of every escapist fantasy a woman over 33 might entertain in a life devoid of family or actual challenges.
