Do you anticipate video games to get more expensive in your country due to economic regression?
For example, over the last 2 decades, games have gotten more expensive in my country.
$40 -> $60 -> $80.
At what point will video games be TOO prohibitively expensive that you will stop buying and have to resort to "other" measures? I think if games get to the $100 price point, I will stop buying. It will become to expensive. I cannot justify paying $100 for 4-5 hours worth of entertainment.
Lockdown day 1, everybody complied, closed borders, everybody back to work within 2 weeks. The only outbreak was when a homosexual visited 20+ clubs in the span of hours and infected a few hundred people. It's all solved now.

>Australia not fucking up this hard I'm glad but holy shit, our government isn't doing anything good for our country.
Fucking government needs to stop sucking China's dick so hard. Fuck Winnie Pooh and Chinese Communist Party and I hope that they burn in the hell.
>poland -7.4% how will they blame this on germans and russians?

The exact same thing as the other 4 countries on the top of that list. Hell, looks at those decimals, "single-hit" expectation is not actually in order.

Leftist feminist hellhole whose economy is entirely based on exporting veggies and tourism, with incredibly corrupt sociopathic politicians who left over 20 millions people die of corona just so they could celebrate a feminist parade on 8th march. Also high taxes and leftist populists bullying businesses out of the country (see Nissan). Finally, no patriotism whatsoever, most spaniards hate their country and there's a lot of secessionists with way too much influence in national politics. Believe me, this country is beyond fucked.

How did the Hong Kong riots take up 99% of the news more than the Catalonia ones? I've seen pictures of people dying (?) and losing their limbs.

You just reminded me that games are 80 leaf bucks here. I've never bought new game since they went to 80 I'd not buy any if they went higher.

Economy got fucked so hard in my country recently that if steam wasn't being merciful I wouldn't be able to buy games consistently like I am.

Who the fuck believes China's numbers?

Depends if you believe Elon Musk and Apple and even other industry giants saying that their factories over there have been operating at 95% since March.

>-9.4% >but family business has been doing fine since we do essential trade work and people/businesses took advantage of the isolation period to do renovation work >just holding on to this extra cash while we wait to see if the slow down finally hits us or not I don't really care if games get more expensive since I rarely buy shit on launch. Desperados III is my first day one purchase in ages and that game is only 50€ which I think is fair. Publishers should just start slashing down on marketing costs first before inflating the prices of games.
