If you can't see that the end goal of modern political spergery is to make everything political, then you're just not paying attention. nearly every major AAA title has pushed out some sort of black lives matter message INGAME. cod, nba, fifa, madden, apex, league. It's on every game's discord and twitter (which are more often than not the only way to find out about game updates/ maintenance scheduling meaning you have to at least keep tabs on them).
No one would care if people would keep their political opinions to themselves.
Instead they're put out in the world, so everyone's going to complain.
