He's not, that's just Zig Forums reaching because an Umbrella employee has the same first name and similar last initials so whenever they show up in fluff it's listed as Ethan W., but the last names are different.

One of RE4 and RE7's best strengths was that they ditch the arbitrary Umbrella plotlines for self-contained adventures with new biohazards and the like.

I don't know how I feel when one of the first things you see is a fucking Umbrella plaque and moody Chris again.

Lads should I beat Revelations before it leaves GamePass? Does anyone know how long it's on there for? Are any of the spinoffs actually genuinely good or just alright?

Revelations 1 is good

Revelations 2 is only good for the Raid mode

Revelaitons' biggest weakness is that it was designed for the 3DS so everything is separated into individual chapters. Revelations 2 does the same thing but that was also an episodic game.

They're not super amazing, but for the state Resident Evil was in during the PS3/360 generation, it was basically pedialyte for Capcom's dark ages.

Revelations 1 & Revelations 2 are both pretty solid and are mainline games. Revelations 1 and Revelations 2 are about the average length of a RE game.
