Yes. Imagine missing out on a good deal because of work or sleep.

Steam sales are garbage now and have been for years. You can buy the games cheaper than the "sale" prices at any time of the year on cdkey sites.

Geez, just follow it on your phone or some shit. The flash sale games used to be basically confirmed in threads before they'd happen. It allowed the deals to be so much better. Nu-Steam Sales are now around 40% off AT MOST on average.

Steam flash sales were archaic as FUCK, if you asleep or at work or school you were fucked. I'm not even sure if Steam mobile chat was a thing back then. It also meant you had no idea if the flash sale would be the deepest possible discount so everyone would just wait literally until the very last day of the sale to buy anything. inb4 hur dur work or school

oops I meant a good storefront, not mobile chat

>you can buy stolen keys a bit cheaper
haha ha
why though? i buy games cause there is no point for me in playing pirated games and you say i should throw my money at some random key site to get the game 1 buck cheaper than the official original source?
why would i do that?
and why are you and people like you constantly advocating for it here like there is no tomorrow?

They're not stolen though you mong, it's cheaper because there is no 30% steam tax and they buy in bulk

>Geez
M... Morty?

I've been adding a ton of shit to my wishlist lately so I hope a few of them go on sale.

>Game discount alway rank from 50% to even 90%
>Flash sales for even more discounts
>Buying game from Slavic or SEA Jews due to no restriction on regions

God... Truly the golden age

This. FOMO bullshit is everywhere now and needs to die off. Regularly scheduled sale events give me time to save up.

80% of my steam games are from old flash sales. God I miss them

Wouldn't they used to have a final sale at the end with the top sellers from the flash sales? Stop whining kiddos, the old Steam sales were an event to look forward to. Now they're not even cut enough price-wise to convince me to buy shit off my wishlist.

why would i buy a game on a """big""" discount aka -30% during a steam sale when i can get it all-year long on a -100% discount when pirating it?

enjoy your russian cd-key

You shouldn't. Have a nice life.

they ended the flash sales because people would only buy stuff in the last day of the sales

>already bought all the good shit years ago
>new games are shit and not worth

>STEAM SALES ARE BAD GUYS

Brainlet retards ruined the sales.

Too dumb to install the app and check the sales basically any time.
Too dumb to hold off on buying things til the last day so cried like children when a game they already bought went on a flash sale.

because pirating updates is a pain in the ass

This starts on the 25th, right? My new joystick comes in that week, what games are worth playing that are combat focused and not just Flight Simulator bullcrap?

Imagine shilling for Valve for free

Well now I'm just wondering what the fuck Valve expected to happen.

I've been going through the Arkham series from my backlog, I'm at Origins right now. How is Arkham Knight ? It's the only one I haven't bought. Is the port still fucked up ? And what did you think about the game ? I enjoyed Asylum and City but Origins is starting to show that they sort of ran out of ideas, it's less focused, not a lot of new stuff and there's too much Ubishit-like padding.

>implying there's anything stopping devs/publishers from putting 80% discounts

.

40 minutes ago. It's shit. If you mean the summer sale specifically, no idea.
