Why would you want to play Arena? It's extremely unremarkable and barely resembles later TES games.

part members are only good if the game is first person

Noone cares enough to remake Arena, the people that want to play it just play it through dosbox
Now Ultima Underworld, that's a game that deserves an engine recreation

If you want to enjoy Daggerfall I really recommend:
>Getting daggerfall unity
>Installing better skies and turning on distant land
>Getting plenty of agility/luck at the start of the game so that you can actually hit things.
>Use the wiki for the main quest as some things might be very unclear.

Imagine playing out a fantasy adventure tv-series in your mind, with the game and its situations as backdrops

How do you write a book with multiple characters in it? How do people preform single-actor plays? How do literal children, perhaps one of the lowest points in one's mental ability, play with dolls and have them each take turns speaking?
All you have to do is keep track of what everyone's motivation and personality is.
