Sequel when?
Sequel when?
It's a already s sequel.
>when the director gets new ideas and plans
>when he's given the chance to make it
>if he likes the ps5's tech
I finally tried the Gravity Rush series. I was on the fence because I couldn't tell if the love for it was gameplay or waifufags. It is both, obviously, but despite not finishing it I did enjoy the gameplay. Just wasnt enough to hold the attention.
Kat was in that PS4 montage during the Sony show, so maybe they haven't completely abandoned her?
>Kat was in that PS4 montage
only because people freaked out every other time they did a montage without her. she got as much screen time as knack.
>he gets nightmares/visions/ptsd that make him regret his shit and expand on the voice controlling him
>even eto hates him because of xicero and elektricitie, so they get a new king
>wolp might be dead
>maybe he gets a new view on hekseville and kat, wanting to follow her steps and to get her affection
>syd (and maybe aki) could be the one that helped him escape and come up with a plan for his redemption
>cai becomes some masked hero that just wants to met kat and raven and act like their new mysterious sidekick
>maybe he gets reborn/reincarnated
>they start to like him and adopt him, same for a lot of people
>eventually, everyone finds out who he is, whether or not it was his intention depends
>turns out he has changed and he claims kat "saved him" because she defeated his source of evil or something, also he doesn't care about eto anymore or whatever
>kat either forgives him or says she just needs some time to consider, causing syd to show up and explain things
>cai gets side missions where he puts costumes above his suit and interacts with other characters; works for lisa and talk with cecie who tells him about her sister
>kali shows up in his dream, as some spirit given a purpose to train him and he may or may not develop some friendship with her; both used to be kat's enemies
>syd turns out to be blood related to cai because he fucked some chick once in eto, that was his great grandmother
>at least one creator returns but in some unfinished/weak form just to tell cai how much he sucks and that kat will never forgive him, only to make cai want to defy the impossible
>wolp returns with xicero's soul somehow
>his new name translates to "rise", since cai means "fall"
>one of the new cities is one with snow, making cai care less about eto because that would be the one thing he though eto had over hekseville and jpl
>cai's new personality has him trying to act mature/smart for his age, but he still shows signs of childishness/stupidity
>may perv on raven
less time than knack
why do you idiots pretend this game is good
it is
The Gravity Rush series is extremely overrated.
no it isn't
yet this overrated game still flopped and sony killed the online only one year after gravity rush 2 was released.
ps5 doesn't even have any new tech beside the meme ssd. Nothing to improve the gameplay he is making Siren either way and Ape Escape 4 is not happening after Astro Bots success.
yea because sooo many people played the dumb treasure hunts
What if you and Kat were in the same room and she farted?
And you're saying a game that doesn't have enough players to justify keeping the online servers alive is overrated?
gross
Hopefully never
Unless they release it on the Vita this time
Not really, nobody claims they're 10/10 masterpieces. However, they are pretty original games with original game mechanics, story, art direction and world building. God forbid people want more of something interesting, rather than the same shit over and over.
Whenever the devs feel like to. 2 flopped and while there are still some lose ends, it still reached a satisfying conclusion to end the series with unlke other games franchises stuck at only two entries.
Maybe a new entry that makes use of the psvr would be nice. Though that would probably cause massive motion sickness.
if anything I'd say its underrated
I have never seen normies talk about this game ever, it was a pretty good game, not great but definitely not bad or mediocre but you barely ever hear about it
At best, I would say some fans put gravity rush on a pedestal. But it's fanbase is rather small and outside of some Japanese artists on twitter a few threads on Zig Forums every once in a while, hardly anyone cares about this game anymore.
PC when?
What is the worst mission in gravity rush and why is it Black Eagle/ the one where you are forced in jupiter mode the entire mission with confusing hallways and forced tutorials ?
>meme ssd
It isn't just the ssd, they got rid of every other data bottleneck between the ssd and loading assets into a game. It benefits game design because now devs don't need to build levels around accommodating load times, like having large areas be separated by narrow, twisty corridors or long elevator rides or even regular old loading screens. They can allegedly load game data from the ssd into memory in the time it takes a player to turn their character around and look behind them. The R&C demo was clearly designed to wank this feature, even though it's not 100% perfect since there's still some very minor, very fast pop-in of a couple assets that you can catch if you're looking for it.
That isn't just a visual benefit like smoother framerate, it is a literal game changer. It wouldn't have the same kind of design benefit for multiplats that have to work on other systems, but for exclusives like GR? Totally.
I hated the stealth mission on the military base.
Legitimately I hope never. Nothing about it is fun. This is how you know the Zig Forums prevailing opinion is always garbage contrarian dogshit, they shit on well-praised games like God of War and then act like bland trash like this is how all games should be.
Is there a way to get the Dusty Token shit now that that shit's offline?
I got the costume I wanted but it'd be real fucked if all that shit was locked forever now.
Pretty much every stealth mission is awful. The military base was one of the less awfull ones. The one with a newpaper reporter and the Brahman one are even worse since the game doesn't make it clear when you can be spotted and when not. Even if it looks like you've found a perfect blind spot to hide somehow it looks like npc's can see through entire walls.
If there ever is another sequel to gravity rush, they'll either have to drop those steatlh missions or improve them by giving some kind of visual indicator when Kat can be spotted or not like like showing the enemie's line of sight.
