Medieval, dark, low fantasy setting is getting replaced by faggy, disney castle tier, high fantasy bullshit.

An American developer attempting to remake a Japanese property is faced with compounding barriers to success. Language, culture, country, developer and especially the director's intent. This remake is so far removed from anybody or anything that helped create the original, that anybody sane should expect missing points at best, or a complete butchering at worst. A remake such as this should be incredibly off-putting on principle alone to anybody who gives even the slightest shit about artistic integrity. Anybody who's looking forward to this is a consumer drone who just wants to burn $60 to look at pretty colors for a few hours before moving onto the next mindless product.
