I don't have the game so I can't, but open the .ini file if it comes for one and read the other links in this thread to configure it, I assume it has things you'll need to config. Maybe not though

2. System And Security
3. Battery Settings
4. Turn battery settings to recommended (custom plans somehow tampers with the cutscenes)
try that, it worked for my friend. Shit is weird though because the game ran perfectly for me from day 1.

for what it's worth very few people have this issue, but if you do, go get Special K. If Special K doesn't fix it outright, it has a keybinding for 30 FPS so you can press it for cut scenes and then back to 120 FPS when its over.
