Ghost of tsushima thoughts?
Ghost of tsushima thoughts?
I think it will be okay.
>western dev
>clearly borrowing asscreed template
I'll get like i got spiderman a year after it came out with all the DLC, anyone who buys this on day one is an idiot
>touts really generic open world shit as features
>combat looks kind of all over the place
>stealth looks pretty by the numbers
It's gonna be run-of-the-mill and only really saved by being in an interesting setting.
i dont want to buy it twice, and my guess is it will also get a ps5 release, same as tlou 2.
but it looks like a lot of fun so far.
Predict the score
Score prediction
>IGN: 8.5/10
70 - 80 metacritic score
It will be a great 7-8/10 game, sell millions, Zig Forums will seethe for a week or two and then forget about it so they can find another Sony product to get mad about.
I’m getting it. But only because it’s the only new game coming out that has me mildly interested until next gen.
Tlou2 and GoT will work on PS5. You won't buy the game twice.
Honestly same.
how do you handle playing games at 30fps? it looks cool but 30 gives me a headache after a few minutes
the gameplay is the most concerning thing about it
Looks incredibly generic.
But I like samurai shit, and TLOU2 jumped the shark, so I'm going to get it and probably not like it.
The environments look interesting. I just hope there's something to the game besides filling up checklists.
>my favorite setting
>great, colorful art direction
>but it's an asscreed clone
Fucking why? Why not actual levels? instead it's gonna be 50 bandit camps
dont tell me that western studios can't into level design, arkane does it all the time
Pso has a 30 FPS limit and is awesome.
It’s only ever a problem if you act like a FPS diva. Just enjoy it.
this game will probably have a 50fps mode like all the other PS exclusives
fug, 60fps*
>it looks like a shitty console exclusive
>unless it's coming to pc
there, I summarized Zig Forumss opinion about everything
Looks like Assassin's Creed but Japanese.
Expectation are very, very low.
The only way it can be salvaged is if it has great main missions and the exploration loot is unique and not just varied stat rolls of generic loot.
>everyone was freaking out about bloodborne on pc rumors
>now we're back to "uuhhh it's just dark souls 43 who cares?"
i really wish i could just play my ps4 and enjoy it like a normie, but i cant get past the 30fps shit man. i've bought so many games on ps4, just to buy them on pc again so i can actually play them. im a literal retard. pls help
At least you didnt buy the ps4 version of kingdom deliverence on launch day like me
It looks like it could be fun.
I'm cautiously optimistic about the game. There aren't really any othr upcoming games I'm interested in aside from Elden Ring so may as well give it a go.
how does it run? its not really optimized for pc either
Holy shit I know it was horrible and it had like a 10 gb patch
it wont reach 90 but player score will be higher than the critics
an assassin's creed game
i wish there was a new mgs or splinter cell or syphon filter, something actually good that has some stealth
>generic
Get off Zig Forums Ubisoft, you're not fooling anyone
around 80-89, not reaching 90+ without diversity checks
user score with be higher
Here’s what I want
>large castles are dungeon like and requires environmental puzzle and challenging bosses instead of just going around killing all enemies
>genuinely hard bosses in 1v1, especially the Khan, not some shitty wave fight with a poor excuse for a boss like most open world game
>some silliness and Easter eggs, I get the time period, but it’s a video game, something like an anime samurai skin would be nice
>stuff to do at landmarks, and not just walk across the map to a shrine just to say you’ve discovered the shrine
Dunno m8, never played it. Looks cool though. Waiting for hands on reviews.
