It has the stereotypical Sega massive incompetence hallmarks I remember from PSO1, Card Revolution, and PSU, which normally I would just accept because demanding more is like demanding a retard learns advanced trigonometry, but this game has existed for nearly a decade now. Everything about this western release has been half-assed, but the game itself is still pretty fun. I just can't expect much from a failed console company I guess.
