Battlefield 3 is not the game but when how do yes, i know the Chicoms not Russia is Russia in battlefield 3 not 4.
The one in The Evil Within that laughs at you for dying. Shit fucks with your head at 4 AM in the morning
>"Looks like that JDAM blew a big fuckin' hole in the ground, we should be able to get into the subway system through there."
Twisted metal black, I liked how each loading screen had the driver you're playing as reveal more about themselves as you progress through the game.
Battlefield 2 was god-tier with its great faction themes playing at load screens and having an actual map displaying while loading.
Unfortunately, I can’t really remember any other loading themes from any new Battlefields except for Propaganda in 4, that theme is excellent:

pretty memorable. i spent about 10 days playing it when it was released and it was one of my favorite experiences right down to the end. the orange color scheme in the menus and loading screens were really nice
when playing in multiplayer games in unreal 1 the map would end and the loading screen would transition you into a prison cell alone like pic related, except it's barred up and dark on the outside. you can move and jump around in the cell and fire your gun. in the center of your screen would be the Connecting to ##.##.##.## and when the next map was loaded it'd connect you back to the server. it was pretty neat for its time to be dumped into a client-side waiting room while you wait to get back into the server.
Running around the Animus purgatory in Assassin's Creed
>join server through browser
>keep browsing random shit while the game loads in the background
>maximizes when ready
what fucking loading screens you nigger
I'm not a huge fan of Bethesda but I do like the loading screens from Skyrim and Fallout 4.
Some of the BC2 loading screen themes are permanently stuck in my head

DMC had a pretty neat loading screen where you can practice your moves.
based
why did GTA 5 have shittier loading screens than GTA 4
BC2 had an amazing soundtrack. So unusual to get a sweeping orchestral score in a modern military shooter of all places, they were really calling back to the BF1942/Medal of Honor days

I can still hear the noise it made while zooming in on the planet
This multiplayer map made no sense in the context of the setting established in the singleplayer campaign. Why the fuck were the US and Russia fighting over the Paris metro?
hearing creedence during bf vietnam loading screen was cool
Hate on it all you want because you can't build for shit, but Fortnite always had cool loading screens.
Ok, so go ahead and post one
>still image
It's shit, OP. I'm sorry you're too much of a pleb to see it.
If your loading screen isn't something dynamic like Hotline Miami's sweet ass loading screens that are actually just the main character driving around Miami from his house and into the levels, They're garbo.
uh... yeah... really cool...
Well fuck you, I like them, so I'm posting them.
imagine being over 12yo and playing fortnite unironically...
